Attention Realtors: Do you include recruiting in part of your business strategy? How about as part of your business plan? I know that many of you successful Realtors out there, plan your weeks, like: Prospecting, Marketing, Cold Calls, Door Knocking, mailers, etc. But how many of you include Recruiting? Why would you? Here is why I  recruit as part of my business plan. My Corporate office for EXiT Realty gives up to $10,000.00 per year, for every producing agent that you introduce into the company. It is unlimited earning potential. If your company did that, would you be a recruiter? Just think, 10 producing agents=$100,000.00 per year, that did not come from the agent, but from Corporate office, in the form of a bonus. What could you do with that?
